I put in a ticket on April 2nd, I was assigned one agent and got a response on the 5th then I responded back and forth for a while, and then the dates get really weird, then assigned a different agent and he hasn't gotten back to me and it's upsetting, I'm trying to get revenue from a video I uploaded with music from Position music with the Freedom! license. It just doesn't make sense. I bet if Keemstar submitted a ticket he would get an immediate response.
