So i got a video, it's a few months old.

I just realized i got a copyright notice on it

However, the song i used was a remixed version which I had permission to use from the creator.

But the notice tells me that I have used a song with a different remix on it.

I used this:
Alexandra Stan - Mr Saxobeat (LDJ Remix)

The copyright notice tells me it is this song:
Alexandra Stan - Mr. Saxobeat (Maan Studio Remix)

Now, under the video, it shows "Music: Mr Saxobeat (Maan Studio Remix)" by Alexandra Stan ()"

Which is also incorrect.

Therefore I don't know what option to choose on the copyright notice

Which option should I choose? There is not one about it being incorrect.

Unfortunately, you can not use a remix without the songs original copyright holders permission (not the remixer, but the original track).

Music copyright is a lot stricter than a lot of other industries, I would do my best to avoid it completely. While the claim may be wrong, you could try and dispute it, but the fact that the music used is copyrighted anyway, may get your video / channel in trouble.
