Where am I going wrong?

So a little intro, I've been doing youtube for a year and so, but only managed to get to 240 subscribers from which I don't have many loyal subscribers(basically they are randoms). I am quite bad with my video schedule but I do upload at least 2 videos each week and try and stick to one every other day.

* To the point, if any of you know where I am going wrong pleaseeee tell me because I am shooting in the dark right now
