When i was accepted to freedom they told me to go to my youtube dashboard and tole me to click learn more but there was no learn more when i was on dashboard please help!!!!

I have this issue with my second youtube account also. I have read that it just takes time for it to update on your page, if a mod or someone could let us know what is happening with this it would be great.
