What kind of injuries in video games are uncomfortable for you to watch?

I can sit through decapitations, disembowelment, exploding bodies, and several other things people would find disturbing in video games. But it's always an eye thing that I squirm at. Some years ago, I watched Markiplier play Dead Space 2, if that's the correct one, and there's that needle-in-the-eye scene that I just can't stand. And the worst part is how slow the needle moves. It makes me cringe all over the place. It's so painful to watch.

Yeah eyes for sure, or for some reason broken bones tend to disturb me a little

I think I've become more or less numb to most of what happens on video games,but admittingly the needle in the eye would make me a bit squeamish

Also, ankles, wrists or other twisty and/or crickity crackity sounds when blunt forces make contact... @.@

Kicked in the nuts! I'll squirm everytime I see that, Everything else is pretty much soft core now.

This is weird, but like toenail and fingernail injuries, It makes me cringe thinking about a cracked nail or ingrown nail let alone a nail falling off. Also I tend to be quite leery of getting cut by ice skates because of me playing ice hockey often.

Yeah, I actually have a thing with nails too, after watching Markiplier play Drowning Simulator.
