It will depend entirely on what it was for.
If it was for copyright, then your channel will be checked for copyrighted content and any earnings earned through copyrighted content will not be paid out, all networks will work like this as it is YouTube's policy.
If it was not for copyrighted content then you should still receive all money that you have earned.
To find out exactly the basis behind your removal from the network and if earnings will be paid you will need to contact the support team, as only they can give the exact reasons for removal etc.

If you recieved a third party match then their is no problem. If you recieved a copyright strike your channel will be unlinked and you won't recieve money for that particular part. When your channel gets back in good standing you could re-apply to join the network.
If you got a strike and removed the content as soon as possible then it could be you will only recieve a warning from youtube if this is your first strike.
