Solved WHAT DOES NOT IN YPP MEAN?

Hey guys so basically on my Youtube Dashboard Manager, it doesn't show if i am partnered with Freedom, it just shows that i am Partner verified .
Also, on my Profile at Freedom it shows my channel is added but a red colour says that it is not in YPP
What does it mean?

You have been with freedom for awhile looking at your forum account go to your dashboard on the side it should say learn more about freedom click threw it until it says done and you're partnered. YPP means Youtube Partner Program also. If you need any help watch this video on the George show on how to do this.
