Channel banner could be more customized, have you looked for an artist to make you art that stands out more? Your thumbnail text is hard to read at times, when you add a black border to the text, you can have it stand out easier with light colors ^^

Well you cant really change anything to get more subs there's no secret just keep grinding and upload consistently like you have been and you will get there one day
