This message appears on the top of my channel "We've worked with your MCN to include you in the YouTube Partner Program."
After click on the message it seems i can´t accept the terms and conditions because is not available in my country. How this affect my channel monetization? Have i to do something to fix this?
I´m in a partnership whith you guys because here in Uruguay we have not the possiblity to partership with YouTube directly.
I need to know if i have to do something or just ignore that message.

Thanks for your answers guys, but what i basically wanna know is about what to do in my case, where i don´t have the option of agreed the terms of conditions because my country is not available the option. In less words Uruguay is not elegible for a YouTube Partner Program but i still have that message.
