Try going to your profile (Personal Details) and next to 'YouTube Channel' paste in your ID. Your YouTube Channel ID is located here: https://www.youtube.com/account_advanced and then your channel will be linked under every post you make.

You've got some nice videos, but adding a banner to your page and having interesting thumbnails would be great for your channel.
