Solved Unable to unlink from Freedom! - Need help

Having an issue requesting an "unlink" from YouTube's page. In the page provided there should be a "unlink" button next to the network/MCN info.

And i dont have that, any ideas on how i can go about requesting this? as support is taking there sweet time.
