Solved Two Problems

Okay, so, first problem.. When I went to add my forum name to the Freedom account, it said invalid password, I think this is because I used my Gmail account to sign up and it never asked me for a password.
Secondly... I do not see the "Learn More" button to accept the partnership on my YouTube dashboard.

Are you trying to connect your forum account to you freedom account? These guides may help

It can take up to a week for your channel to be accepted and the Learn More button to appear. If it does take long then message the support team.

If you log in to the Forums and Dashboard using Google+ then make sure you have a custom forum name, i made use of the same method and haven't had any problems with connecting them but above is a guide wich can help you further.
