I already accept the network from one of my chanels, but the other channel not yet, I have to accept the other partner in my other account too? Or it was rejected?

How many time I have to wait for "Linked: Yes" ?

You can learn how to partner multiple channels here. It will take about the same time as it usually will to partner your other channel!
