Solved Ticket is not getting answered after nearly 3 days

Hello Freedom! staff or community,

I submitted a ticket saying that I didn't receive an invitation on my channel. I submitted it on the 7th of December and it still hasn't been answered. The agent's name is Kieren Christie and the ticket number is #81992.

Could staff please push this up to high priority?

If a support member states he is working on your ticket then they should get to you soon. Otherwise i would contact a moderator to ask if they can get in touch with the support team.
