You can't join the network if you use third party content too much. Try looking out for copyright when selecting music and things to put into your videos.

As mentioned above YouTube networks, such as Freedom are always careful about how much third part content their creators used, as it opens them, and the creator up to a whole host of legal issues if left unchecked. As for whether or not to delete your channel thats really up to you. Maybe try reducing the amount of third part content you use and reapply in the future
