Why did you start YouTube? I've had my account since the beginning of youtube and just never had the time to dedicate to my channel until now. Some might say I'm a late bloomer, or a slow learner! lol

You shouldn't focus on subscribers! You should focus growing your views and audience in general. Your much better off having loyal viewers and more views then a bunch of subscribers that don't even watch your videos.

That's true but also when you have more subs you get suggested more which spreads your reach. Right now most of my views come from yt search and only 5-10% from subs. It is all important in the early stages.

I'm in the same boat as you! I'm just trying to get my views up and spread my channel out and get even more subscribers and views. I know right now I need to work on keeping people entertained during my videos but I think I'm improving as time goes on. Baby steps! Best of luck to you and your channel!
