So recently I've made some changes to my channel I am going from mostly gaming channel to mostly animation channel. And since that change I have noticed the quality of my thumbnails are ....well not very well though or executed. So I decided that for a short while I'm gonna temp-hire someone and here's how that's gonna work.
For every thumbnail, I'll pay the creator 1-5 dollars depending on the quality of the thumbnail. I'm working on a budget I'm planning to release at least 8-15 videos this month only. So this is more of an experiment to see if paying someone to do my thumbnails will work out better than making them myself if yes then I'll continue to work with said so creator until they leave, if no I will just try to make better thumbnails and fix the issue entirely.
so basically depending on your work and effort towards the thumbnails here's what you could earn at most "$75" and the lowest "$15" I am happy to work a lucky amigo or amiga, oh and by the way I pay only through PayPal, if you want to discuss another alternative you can ask me about it, and I may reconsider it.
