Youtube earning are like if you own your own business, or any business where you earn money. Usually there is a threshold in most countries where you don't have to pay tax unless you earn over that amount. In Australia if you earn under $18,000/year then you do not need to pay any tax. As Danny said, look up how taxation works in your country and it should tell you.
