Now, yes, Im a gaming channel, but I decided to mix it up by setting aside a day or two a week where I just do tarot readings on my channel. It is something I enjoy doing and something Im good at.

How do you guys feel about Tarot Readings? Have you ever had one? If so, was it accurate or no? I've been doing them for free on another forum and so far a lot of people are surprised at how accurate I am! It's been pretty amazing.

I'm curious how the video format will look. I haven't had any myself, but what will you be doing for the video? I don't think that many people do it online.

I was actually going to record it via my phone until I can get enough money to buy a GoPro and a stand.
My plan for that type of video is to just offer people a free reading or something and then screen cap the user, along with the Question or how many cards they want read to them and just kind of record the results and the sum of what the reading says.

I had my own set of Tarot cards (all the artwork were based off of goddesses) but I don't remember where it went. I never really did anything with it other than admire the artwork.

Mainly for my viewers. I set up a Patreon along with it with the intention of giving everyone who requests a reading for free as a one time deal and if they want more than one reading then they can donate to be entered into a drawing if the series gets super popular and I have multiple requests.

I have the Fenestra Deck and I love it so much. I decided to start this series up because A) It's something I really enjoy and B) I want to share a talent with my viewers and potentially the rest of the Freedom Family. Plus as far as I know, there aren't a lot of Tarot Readers on Youtube. So I'd be semi-unique in that department.

Getting a gopro would be an awesome addition. That sounds like a nice idea, and you can catch up with the same person weeks later to see if ioit came true. Making multiple videos would be easier as well ^^

Fellow tarot reading/divinator here! I'm very happy to see another tarot reader here. Makes my inner witch insanely happy. I really enjoy doing tarot myself too, doing accurate readings for friends and strangers alike is so interesting. I have different tarot decks for specific questions that people ask me. I don't openly talk about it due to how cynical people be about divination and the fact that with possibility of getting the same card in 22 or 78 cards you can can be calculated by the laws of math. But yea, I'm just geeking out. LOL

To buy the GoPro & all it's accessories, about $400. I made my first goal to be $500 so that way I can buy also buy something nice to set them on. I put a few of my cards on my carpet last night and I felt really guilty because it's kinda dirty and my cards are in pristine condition.

My budget currently is unknown since I have picked up a part time job. I was doing Medical studies before and was able to set aside $300/month for Youtube related things, but some medical problems came up for me that started to exclude me from them.

I really enjoy them a lot, too. I only have one deck right now, but am looking to buy another and honestly, almost ditched my current one but felt like I should hang onto them and Im so thankful I did. But yeah, I recently started only being open about it and surprisingly, I've gotten a ton of positive feedback regarding my readings and whatnot.

I did 6 readings the other day and shuffled my deck really well each time and got the 10 of Cups for every reading. I was like "How the heck..."

Those kids are telling you something, my dear LOL. Granted, 10 of Cups is not a bad card to get at all.

It's great that you're getting positive feedback! I'm a bit shy on opening my witchy world to others but if you're doing it, maybe I should start too. Oh yes, can I suggest Galaxy Tarot? It's a free app for your smartphone so it's a huge plus if you don't want to damage your cards. I've used it a number of times and the accuracy is amazing along with my other decks.

Yeah, telling people you're into occult stuff is kind of difficult. Especially since the stuff we practice is kind of frowned upon D: I also have a bunch of crystals and whatnot laying around too as well as some things relating to witchcraft (My friend practices potion making and whatnot.)

I know what you mean, a gopro is a lot more versatile. Waiting for items are good sometimes, you can study up on other available options as well. You have a lot of variety to choose from if you're going for webcams. I'd say your go-pro will help you get out more like you said, and it could be worth the wait.
