I was wondering if we're able to enable Super Chat as a partner of Freedom?

Yes, you can enable it if you have more than 1000 Subscribers and are in Freedom!. You will earn 100% of the revenue except if you choose to give some revenue of it to Freedom!.

Note that you need to be in one of the following countries to use Super Chat:

Yes you can, Freedom doesn't have any restriction like this. However, you may be restricted by YouTube if your county is not on their allow list.

As mentioned above yes you can enable Super Chat while in Freedom as long as you fulfil the requirements and live in an applicable country
