RifleEyez here, or you can call me Zach, Zachary, Zac; whatever floats your boat. 27, uk, from London but living in York. Due to PC upgrade. Like Lucozade. etc.

Currently a producer of Cinematic/First Person DayZ and Arma PVP videos. I've played Arma 2 since 2011, then DayZ when it first released as a mod in April 2012, and the Standalone first day it dropped. I also was part of Arma 3 during the Alpha/Beta stage; so those games/mods are what my channel are centered around.

I also dabble in Total War games and Football Manager, as they're games I've played and experienced for decades. Had a Third Age Total War (LOTR themed mod for Medieval 2 Total War) series that was going exceedingly well despite bad mic at the time - 1,000's of views per video. Saved died, never bothered to try again as I didn't take YouTube, then, seriously. My Football Manager 2015, and current 2016 series, are going amazingly well.

I was a music producer hobbyist for a number of years, so use that skill to add drama, tension, adrenaline and so on to my videos. From cinematic subby booms when I spot players in a distant treeline in DayZ/Arma, ambient soundtracks, action scores during gunfights to just admiring the ambient sound before **** goes down. Works well with the slow nature of Football Manager too; mixing Orchestral/Electronic music depending on what is taking place. Cup finals = intense music. In between games, chilled out music.

I don't produce all the music myself - maybe 5% of it, merely select it from non copywrited areas or get my disputes overturned. I do use my own sound effects though and I am capable of making my own just...I don't have time for both hobbies!

Thanks

Thanks for the Welcome lads :)

When I say Cinematic; I mean more, in game than set up set pieces. I try and edit them to make them that way. Take DayZ - for example, it might be moving around a town, ambient music, nothing much going down, music stops...spot a dude. BOOM. Zooms in and circles him in the distance. Then the music picks up, I track him, kill him. Heal up. Move on like it's just another day...

In one it ends on a huge cliffhanger, with the music rising and rising till a final BOOM as the screen fades out as we trade shots, and you never know who wins, or who dies. (I won in the end, IIRC).

I tend to play Solo, so my series is 'Lonewolf', only with maybe one other. On DayZ/Arma.

Not sure on the rules, but here's my latest FM video, 2 cup finals (one ends 4-3, two late goals, I orgasm). Starts right into the action. You can see my use of music there with Football Manager. Won't let me skip and start the link from shared point, but 7.40 the first game starts.

Here's one of the Arma 3 mods, Breaking Point. DayZ themed. Typical DayZ/Arma style presentation. The letterbox style, color correction, are a 'theme' of mine. Plus it helps with the bitrates with the trees, grass and bushes on Arma/DayZ! They're all rendered in 1440p anyway.

Mics were a bit off - my friends was , so I had to individually raise and e.q/compress his best I could. Recommend a watch though. A couple of my DayZ ones have Sacriel (if you heard of him) comment on them!
