Hey dude . As your starting off , I will give some tips to you , make catchy thumbnails and titles for videos as they will help you a lot , from looking at your channel the banner and avatar are very nice and different from what I have seen which is very good 
I really like the intro !!!! the audio isn't to bad but yes get a new mic the quality is good aswell and your first video is very nice because you explain why you are doing it good good
A tip is use social media as much as you can , facebook , twitter and Instagram because this is a good way of getting an audience , so keep it up and a great start !!

1. Use facecam! gives your videoes more personality
2. Upload consisntent/have a nice upload schedule
3. Always send positive signals and be happy in your videoes!
