It could just be a bug in the Freedom dashboard, it can take a bit of time to update. As long as its shows Freedom on your YouTube dashboard channels settings like below then you are partnered and have nothing to worry about.

Check you youtube featured tab as mentioned above. If your properly linked them you van ignore the message, otherwise contact support.
