I'm not sure if you applied to Freedom around the time you also joined the forums, but that could be your problem. It took me a day or two for anything to show up on my YouTube dashboard in regards to the network. You should have it by now, but if you don't, and you're sure your channel is in good standing as far as strikes go, as Chicco said, it'd be best to send in a support ticket.
