Hi, I requested to become a Freedom! partner well over a month ago and I've still not received any kind of confirmation and the message in the Freedom! dashboard has stayed the same: 'Give us a few days to check out your content, after which you'll get an invite or details of next steps.'

I'd be grateful if you could fix this error and send me an invitation so I can start growing with Freedom! Thanks in advance,

Hello there David

I do apologise about the delay with your application - as you may know there has been a delay dealing with application as support are changing to a more streamlined system which should help applications run a bit more smoothly, however while merging these systems there is a bit of a backlog which they are trying to work through as quickly as possible. Can I just quickly check that your channel has no community or copyright strikes, and that you have an active monetisation policy, as if not Freedom won't be able to accept you into the partnership.

Other than that you could send a ticket to our support team via www.support.tm asking if they could look into your application further, though please be sure not to spam tickets to them as they operate on a "oldest to newest" basis - if you do contact them if you send me your ticket ID number I will speak to a person I know in the support team and see if I can get them to look at it for you ok? Also when you contact them if you could include a screenshot of your YouTube status and features page (to show you have no strikes) and a screenshot of your Freedom dashboard to show the current message then that would be great

You'll have to ask Support about an invitation taking that long. Every channel now needs to be reviewed by someone at Freedom!'s QC team meaning they need to look at it and see if there's appropriate contant or Copyrighted Content. Sadly there are some migraations to the system that make the wait time a bit longer. It'll be fixed soon though and the invitations will be processed. You can only really wait at this time or contact Support.

some problem, i m waiting from 1 month , and i m deciding to change network.
Well at the end of the day thats your choice, Freedom has made members aware of the potential of the delay on the Freedom dashboard, and is working as hard as they possible can to get through the backlog and deal with pending applications as soon as possible. While I agree that a month may be a bit of a wait for some people you haven't been loosing out on revenue during this time, and if you were worried about this you could have contacted the support team and asked them to check up on this, or even sent your details to one of the forum staff (such as myself) and I would be more than happy to see if I can get one of the support team to check on your ticket / pending application if possible
