On my sidebar, items such as PlayNow and Music are blacked/grayed out. Does anyone know the reason for this?

There is currently a glitch happening to many users on the dashboard, I will invite you to a conversation for when information comes out about this issue.

I'm having the same issue, I have contacted Support. Did it say something along the lines of "You have been fully accepted by Freedom! Check your Email"?

There have been a few reports of this happening for users, including staff members. This is nothing to worry about it has been raised to the relevant staff members and they are working hard to fix the issue though it may take a little while, please be patient.

It seems like this is fixed so please could you check your Freedom dashboard if you had been effected previously.
