I am not really sure about things like this as I do gaming and I constantly panic about copyright strikes. Do I agree to it? It might be required but I have been to scared to mess up and do something I shouldn't do.

George made a video regarding this recently, and you will need to agree to continue earning revenue so forth.

It won't affect your status in the Freedom! network, or your earnings in anyway. Its just YouTube made a few changes in the MCN program to improve it, which means all creators must agree to it
