There's a payment now after two days, I literally just received it a few minutes ago and it's ridiculous that your so called support team deletes my ticket..
The problem was that Paypal didn't send payments
UNDER $0.10 automatically like it should have. The team that handles payments had to go through and fix that.
It wasn't technically Freedom's fault at all.
Plus, check for filters on the Support panel. It just was under a different area.
No one deleted your ticket.
