Hey

Have you visited new Freedom support website ? If not then register and then click “Create A New Case” and choose “Revenue Share Increase” from the ticket type menu and then in the message box just let them know what views you are getting for the past 30 days and a screen shot of your YouTube analytics's showing them http://freedom2.support.tm/

Hi Danny,
I made many "A new Case". But today, i just received reply from Carter as following:

""Carter (Freedom!) Mar 17, 2016 08:51PM
Hi there,

Unfortunately, your channel does not currently meet the requirements for a RevShare increase. While I can’t give out specifics, I would recommend that you continue to work on your channel and grow your audience.""

He didn't give out specifics and he didn't increase RevShare for my channel, I had over 2000 Subscribers and 70000 view per day. It is unfair.
I don't know why he did that with me. That is terrible.
Thanks for your support, Danny

Usually the view count is averaged out over a month, so something like 30,000 views a month for 70% and so on. Also that is just a very rough guideline and it goes on quite a few different factors.
