I have to say I completely hated playing Madhouse difficulty, especially as I also tried to get the 'Mad Pelicans' trophy at the same time - I won't spoil anything but be sure to stock up on ammo for later fights, as dealing with the fat moulded can be especially challenging.

What happened to the audio of the video....I can't hear anything its like muted or something I don't know what' the issue there
