How are payments issued? Do I have to request it somehow on the end of the month or they are automatically sent to my paypal? Also are the earnings shown on my youtube analytics is what i will get from freedom? Or they will take their cut from that.

Freedom! take their cut after YouTube takes theirs.
It will be paid at the end of each month automatically as long as you have linked your PayPal account. You Freedom! dashboard will say how much you will be paid towards the end of each month.
