What is the requirements to get a referral link?

I am Freedom partner.

I go to my Freedom Dashboard and I get:

Apply for a referral link via [email protected] or by submitting a ticket. If approved, you will earn a 15% commission for your friends that signed up using that link. Approval is subject to acceptance and adherence to our Referral Link Program.

Your Partner Manager, Jenny, has already forwarded your request for the Refer-a-Friend program for checking. The minimum requirement for the Refer-a-Friend program is to have a channel linked with Freedom! in good standing with at least 100,000 monthly views. Once you've submitted the request, it will then be subject to review.

Um ok, I do have a channel linked with Freedom, I am in good standing and got well over 100.000 monthly views. I never had to apply before as I had the referral link before.
