Solved Receiving an invite

Hello !

First of all i'd like to apologize if i should not post this, but i'm new here and i still don't know how things work around here :).

I applied on freedom and now it says "Please request invite" , and my guess is that i have been reviewed and accepted and now i have to request an invite. It says "click the next button on the right to activate......", i clicked the green button and sent some messages, but i can't get connected to available support team so i can live chat. Whenever i send a new message, i receive about 3-4 emails and i'm afraid i'm creating new support tickets or something with just a small text. So how do i request an invite?

if someone could help me i would appreciate, thank you very much !

As you have done you need to click that green button next the the "click the button on the right" message - You might not get connected straight away to a live agent as they may be busy at the minute, or they might not be on as its not a 24/7 availability yet. Try again in an hour or so and see if it works then :)

Also you don't need to apologise you should post queries like this here so there is no need to worry - also if you ever unsure about anything or want to know how things work then please don't hesitate to ask - we are all here to help each other

So i can press that green button again and send messages untill i get someone live ?

Well I wouldn't recommend constantly sending messages - they should send you a welcome message when they are live / you have a Freedom representative on. Your best bet is the press the button send maybe a quick "hi" and then a little while - if you don't get any reply then try again later

Solved, just got in contact with a support person that sent me the invite! You can close the topic if you want :) thank you for helping !
