Right off the bat I would recommend balancing the dB levels between your intro and your commentary so there isnt an abrupt shift. I'm wearing headphones and the intro killed me so I turned you down a lot, then I could barely hear your commentary so I turned you back up. Other thing is that I would definitely recommend spending some more time with audacity to smoothen your mic's audio out. You can remove a lot of that 'noise' by using noise removal/compressors. Also, it's gonna be really hard to convince people to watch a 43 minute video. Try splitting the video up into multiple parts at max like 20 minutes.
