Solved Problem with monetize videos

Hi, first of all sorry if my english is bad, i'm spanish and I do that i can.
(1) Youtube show me that I have not activated monetization of my videos, and don't give me chance of change this. The option of paid content is desactivated too, and when i press 'more information' youtube redirect me to other page 'enable paid content'(2), and when i press 'permissions to manage content' and show me this (3);
Open the email invitation , entitled " Invitation to manage your organization's content {your organization } on YouTube.", but my e-mail didn't recive anything, pls help me, and sorry for my bad english :/

You do not want to use paid content, as that means people need to pay in order to watch your videos. That is disabled by all networks and is intended for major corporations and television networks.
