is it the music which is copy right ? because if so you will not be able to monetize with it on your video :)

So if I try to monetize this shows up:
Copyrighted content was found in your video.
The claimant is allowing their content to be used in your YouTube video. However, ads might appear on it.

Also, I received an email which said about the copyright issue and this was in the mail:
Copyrighted song: DEVIANT GAZE (NON CHOIR) - Position Music
... It doesn't make sense to me because isn't music from 'Position Music' free to use? Heck, I even paid attention that the song was free to use for Freedom! members.

Hi Modern Military Facts,
A copyright owner using Content ID claimed some material in your video.
This is just a heads up
Don’t worry. You’re not in trouble and your account standing is not affected by this.
There are either ads running on your video, with the revenue going to the copyright owner, or the copyright owner is receiving stats about your video’s views.
  • Video title: Top 7 -
  • Copyrighted song: DEVIANT GAZE (NON CHOIR) - Position Music
  • Claimed by: AdRev for a 3rd Party

hmm this is very weird , if it is free music it should be allowed , it just seems any money you make from this video will go to them , to change this just replace the music with something else , I'm not to sure how it all works sorry

here is a music site I use they are very good

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC39WpxsSjJ76sAoXf5nRO5w[DOUBLEPOST=1452300384][/DOUBLEPOST]only other thing is to submit a ticket to support and see what they say , sorry I'm not much help :(

Hmm, well, I heard that some people had to wait 24hrs until Position removed their copyright claim. Anyway, thank for the help and thank you for the music channel. I'll check it out.

Is your channel linked with Freedom? Cause i believe those songs are free for "Freedom Partners" maybe thats why it won't allow you to use it?... Just a thought i haven't used any of there stuff due to the fact that my application for Freedom was accepted BUT my account isn't yet Linked with Freedom for some odd reason won't let me.

Some notes on using position music.

1. If you use only 10 -15 seconds of a track, it doesn't seem to be picked up at all.
2. If you use a minute or two of a track, it will get picked up but released soon after, typically.
3. If you use a track that is longer than two minutes, it may get released but then reclaimed. So it will require you to contact them through email. I believe this could happen too while using multiple tracks or using the same track mutiple times in the video.

After learning this, I adjusted my outro and now I never get any claims unless I use the full track, in which case I expect that I may need to contact them. So it's just part of the upload procedure now.
