Solved Problem killed me ! please help guy's

i have this account and the channel a added was blocked to copyright when i wanted to add a channel it told me this ( in the image ) i can't get it into the gmail it is blocked ... now i make a new freedom account but i want to add the channel which are in the freedom where is the problem

Are you just trying to change the email on your Dashboard? If so, please contact Partnership Support, make sure to provide your Dashboard ID and any information that may be relevant in your support ticket.
