It keeps telln me iam not linked to freedom

Can you check your YouTube Features page and give us a screenshot ( https://youtube.com/features ) as well as a screenshot of wherever you're running into the issue?

As the previous people have said have you checked your Youtube status and features page as this will show whether or not you are linked with Freedom. You could also check your Freedom dashboard as you should have a little box that tells you the progress of your application to join Freedom - if it says "under review" it means the team are still looking at your channel
