Loving the narration and the mix with the background music and quick editing. Giving it that 'chatty informal' vibe, which is something I love personally! Just a discussion video that is full of useful tips and talking points! Good topics as well that you've chosen! Keep up the good work man!
Good commentary you sound excited too! But I think you should work on your transitions maybe make them like more smooth/subtle. I say cut on parts of your video when you say um, stutter or repeat the same ideas/points. 8 minutes is a long video nowadays and it sounds more professional.
