Could someone tell me why under "Catch-up" it says my paypal isn't connected when it actually is?

Have you made sure that your Freedom dashboard has you current, up to date paypal email and that this is spelt 100% correctly? Also depending on when you joined the Freedom network you might not even be owed a catch-up payment just yet so there might not be anything to worry about. If you didn't know Freedom deposits your earnings two months after you have had them, for example your earnings for August will be paid via paypal to you in October
