On youtube when I go to channel > features > then it scroll down a bit and it says paid content. It says "Please contact your network to have this feature enabled for your channel." Is this the right place what I am suppose to ask? Or who do I ask and where? Or am I already getting paid. I mean like i just joined 4 days ago and I'm suppose to get paid in June as George stated in one of his videos.

Paid Content is separate from Ad Revenue. At the current time, the Freedom! Network and its subnetworks do not allow users to upload their content behind a paywall (this is what YouTube's 'Paid Content' is).
However, you can still monetise and earn revenue from videos you already upload.
For the most part, you won't really need paid content unless you have an incredibly large channel with people already offering monetary donations to keep you going.
