Yes you will be paid everything you are owed up until the point you leave Freedom. Don't forget you do have to wait 30 days to be unlinked as per the contract you signed when you joined.
So if you decided to leave today, you would be paid what you are owed up to January 25, which you would receive in the usual payment schedule Freedom has.
