Nintendo has filed a patent for a Free Form Touch Controller. The patent application was filed in June 2015 but NeoGAF found it and posted it online. While Nintendo's official name is not found on the official document, the people investing in the free form touch controller are five Nintendo employees.
Nintendo has seen it's share of tragedy and problems associated with it's products and it's stance on the youtube/let's play community. However the Nintendo NX might be a contender in the future and this potential controller is a compelling start. One more chance Nintendo, for the sake of many gamers hearts...please don't **** this one up.
