how long have you been waiting? also since yesterday was sunday they might not have worked yesterday and they also dont respond instantly just be patience

In the weekend support is not at the office wich is one thing. The other thing is taking in mind how many members this network has and the amount of ticket sends each day in regards to how many members the support desk has at the moment might be the reason it may take a little longer. But that is just a wild guess of course
