If you make gaming videos, they need to be truly unique and properly optimized via SEO in order to get any views in number whatsoever.

- Custom Thumbnail
- Good video Description
- Catching Title
- Good use of Tags
As for vieuws give it time, i have video's too wich went slow on vieuws in the beginning, look back your content and ask yourself: Do i like to watch this? Try to get your game up and make your content apealling.

I've just started a channel, like 15 days ago. I will suggest you to use every took on earth you can grab like twitter, fb, tumblr, pinterest. Be unique and don't expect to get views over night. No one became famous over night. Even big guys like pewdiepie and markiplier were small at the beginning.Guys i really work on videos and it takes so much time to upload but then i get 0 views i am disappointed

Make sure you're making videos that people would search for. It's hard to gain views until you have an audience.
Another tip,
Don't use sub 4 sub clients.Youtube will detect you have more views than subs and will temporarily keep decreasing your subs.
Another tip refreshing your page will not get you extra views,after 30 refreshes no views will be added.

Overall keep up the consistency with quality as well as quantity, set a schedule, views and subs will come with time.
