Solved no ticket response

I posted a ticket about me being unlinked with no reason and an agent saw it after 24 hours and its been another 21 hours and no one fixed my issue or atleast gave me a reason, im trying to fix this please someone help me solve this issue.

so why is he checking it as processed if he is not processing and solving and its not like my issue is complicated its just to enter my channel see its a mistake and resend me a network joining request.
