What is with this? It's been 16 days and I've heard nothing from them since applying. I know they claim a high volume of applications, but a courtesy email is not a lot to ask for from someone partnered. Right?

I'm not sure as to how their system works, I'd just wait for a reply and if you don't get one after a while you can either Email their support through the provided adresses:
or default to not having been accepted for it.

This isn't really something to do with Freedom as your trying to get an email from a additional company but we are more than happy to help out, and it seems like LW001 has already provided you with some helpful email addresses to sort out these issues
