Solved No "Learn More Button"

I am partnered on my second channel and it has been 3 weeks and I do not have a dashboard "Learn More" button, I have added my channel, paypal, monetized my videos but still have no button! If anyone has a solution please reply

Send in a ticket to support! It has been a while, and they definitely need to take a look into this.

It happens to me as well. Check if you have any copyright disputes or spam on your channel. After I had completed these steps, send them a ticket.
