Solved No "confirm" msg on youtube dashboard

i'm partned with freedom and verify my account but after 2 week there isn't any message on my dashboard for confirm my account.

Have tou clicked the partner with Freedom as shown in your screenshot. If i'm not mistaken that is your confirmation.
