Yes you can still be partnered as long as you don't have any copyright strikes. You are lucky that the content that has been matched they have let you keep the video up and they have decided to earn from the adverts on your video. You should only be uploading videos you have made or have permission to use parts in the video like images and music etc and make sure they are copyright free.

Now when you apply to join Freedom it can take up to 7 days for the CMS invite to appear on your YouTube dashboard. If it doesn't show by then make sure you have no copyright strikes on your channel and that you have FanFunding disabled on your YouTube dashboard as these will stop you from getting the invite. Once you have done this you need to open a support ticket to get a new one sent manually HERE
